I'd like to thank Riehm Farms, DK Precision Trenchers, U.S. Congressman Jim Jordan and everyone who came out for the Town Hall Meet and Greet yesterday.   



I enjoyed speaking at Tiffin's Candidates Night and would like to thank the sponsors of the event and everyone who attended.  

In January I hope to take my dedication to Northwest Ohio and the business community to Columbus. I am proud of what we've accomplished in Seneca County, and I look forward to furthering that work, not only in Seneca County, but across the district.

I'd like to thank U.S. Congressman Jim Jordan, Speaker of the Ohio House William Batchelder, Hal Hawk and everyone who helped make my fundraiser successful last night. 



I'd like to thank both the Seneca County and Sandusky County Republican Parties for their overwhelming support of my campaign. Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak at the Seneca County Republican luncheon. 


I had a great time at the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce After 5 Event and Ribbon Cutting at Baumann Tiffin.

I attended the Garlo Park Octoberfest and took this picture of John Arnold, Dan Reineke, and Carl Miller. This is the 10th year of this great fall event.


I was in attendance last night for Heidelberg's semi-annual Patricia Adams Lecture Series to listen to ESPN Sportswriter Jackie MacMullan speak about staying true to yourself. 


I'd like to congratulate Leverne Burns and Burns Electric on celebrating their 50th anniversary of quality sales and service! 



I had a pleasure speaking at the Sandusky County Candidate Forum last night. I would like to thank Vanguard-Sentinel Career and Technology Center and the Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce for hosting and sponsoring this event.



Yard signs are officially in! We've started placing yard signs throughout the district but we would like to give everyone the opportunity to stop in at the Tiffin Ford-Lincoln Dealership (2020 State Route 18) to pick up a yard sign. If you can't make it to the dealership you can message me your address and we'd be more than happy to deliver it for you. I would like to thank everyone for their continued support! 



I'd like to thank everyone who came out to support my campaign! I would also like to thank Representative Huffman, Representative Sprague and the Speaker of the House, William G. Batchelder for attending my fundraiser.

Dave Yost, Ohio's State Auditor was in Tiffin this past week. I was able to speak with him about my campaign and the progress that we're making in the district.  



I'd like to thank everyone who walked both in the Tiffin Heritage Festival Parade and the Clyde Country Fair Parade!

Great day out at the Sandusky County Fair with Brian Brown, Peg Rettig, Irene Fry and Bryce Riggs! 



Come on out to the Sandusky County Fair in Fremont and stop by the Sandusky County Republican Tent for free popcorn! The fair starts tomorrow and goes until Sunday.

It was great to visit the Fremont Farmer's Market yesterday, voted one of the top farmer's markets in Ohio. A different touch: a pet pavilion!



It was a great turnout at Ralph's Joy of Living for the Meet and Greet Event for Governor John Kasich in Tiffin on Saturday. 



It was a beautiful evening for the Open Air Market in Bellevue. 



Did you know? Tiffin and Fostoria had an abundance of natural gas that allowed them the opportunity to blow glass. Don't miss out on Tiffin's History, stop in at the Tiffin Glass Museum like I was able to for their ribbon cutting yesterday. (25 South Washington Street)

It was a great turnout at both the Woodville and Green Springs Parades! Special thanks to the Heidelberg University students who have been assisting with my campaign.


 It was beautiful day to celebrate our independence! I spent my morning in Fremont for their Fourth of July Parade and then I spoke at a rally afterwards



 I recently attended another great event put on by the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Services called Croghan Colonial Bank After Five. I recommend everyone to take a look at their calendar to attend their events! (

Congratulations to Mike Lange on his retirement and service to the community. It was an honor to attend and congratulate him at a reception in his honor.

Attended the Republican monthly meeting on April 9 at Fort Ball.



Barb Spitler and I are co-chairs of the Ritz Theatre capital campaign, Arts Alive! We attended the mayor's proclamation on April 9 at the Ritz.



Attended the Mercy Hospital Gala on Saturday, April 5 wearing my blue jeans and Western gear. Great event, great organization, great cause.



 Stopped by the 5k color run for Pontifex in Fremont on Saturday, April 5th.



Dan caught me walking down the street and snapped a couple pictures when I was walking with Cindy and her two dogs. I thought I would share something personal. I do love long walks.



Our military men and women are brave defenders of our nation, and I am proud to support them.



Candidate night at the Sandusky County Republican monthly dinner. I'm working hard to get the word out about how important leadership, jobs, and real solutions are.



Mark Levans opened The Paper Store last week, another great downtown business in Tiffin.



Enjoyed attending the "Evening with President and Mrs. Abraham Lincoln" annual fundraiser at the American Civil War Museum of Ohio on Saturday.



Two lambs two hours apart with the youngest an hour old from a farm near Green Springs.



Attended a "positive people" presentation in Fremont this week with guest speaker Mike Herbert on having personal passion and personal influence on the lives we touch and the things we do.



 Back into the woods to see how maple syrup is made. Great pancakes and sausage from the Snavely's Sugar Shack in Republic, Ohio.



Train transportation is key to our local commerce. Fostoria has developed the train as a tourist attraction as well.

Job creation cannot be stressed enough as they are what keeps our economy rolling. We need to work on helping our current employers retain jobs and grow.
