Reineke Sworn In As State Representative Of The 88th House District

State Representative Bill Reineke (R-Tiffin) was sworn in Tuesday for his second term as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 132nd General Assembly. He represents the 88th Ohio House District, which includes all of Sandusky County and portions of Seneca County.

“While this marks the beginning of a new General Assembly, it is also the continuation of the work we have already completed to move Ohio forward,” Rep. Reineke said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my fellow citizens as their voice in Columbus, making sure the people are heard on important issues, ranging from education and healthcare to tax reform and holding our government accountable. I am eager to continue working on creating more jobs, providing leadership on tough issues and finding innovative solutions for Ohioans in my district and across the state.”

A resident of Tiffin for over 30 years, Representative Reineke was raised in Fostoria. He attended Morehead State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Rep. Reineke is a business partner in Reineke Family Dealerships. The family business, started by his father in 1960, has grown to include eight automobile dealerships in northwest Ohio and employs nearly 400 people. The family received the 2010 Excellence in Family Business award from the University of Toledo Entrepreneurial Business Hall of Fame.
